Hey it's Troy Hurtubise, star of Project Grizzly, in his latest invention: the Trojan Armour Suit. I don't know if he was guarding the Queen's Park cenotaph from potheads of just showing it off for his prospective customers; he hopes to sell this armour to law enforcement agencies and he was posing right in front of a whole gaggle of Toronto police.
